Our Steps to Wellbeing course is CPD accredited and empowers you to better understand your own mental health. The course equips you with a toolkit of techniques and strategies to apply to your day-to-day life and helps you understand how to best support those around you who may also be experiencing difficulties.
The programme is broken down into 4 sections:

- Learn strategies to cope with anxiety.
3 Healthy Relationships: Staying connected
- Understand the importance of healthy relationships.
- Discover what makes a healthy relationship.
- Learn the role of compassion and empathy.
- Explore the boundaries we need for relationships to flourish.
4 Resilience: Strength to carry on
- Understand what resilience is (and what it is not).
- Explore what can drain our levels of resilience.
- Learn what can increase our levels of resilience
